We want you to love your CALPAK products, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that a small processing fee will be deducted from your refund for return shipping labels.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your unused items in their original boxes, ensuring all hangtags and protective materials are included.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund.
